It was probably the most challenging phase we’ve have accomplished so far, and the lengthiest indeed. By now, it should be no surprise to those who followed me ever since I’ve started talking about this journey that we’re not usually only tackling technical difficulties during different stages of this project.
Every single phase, we have to overcome some barriers that were put in place initially by the state of the current world (leaders, politicians, etc.) against startup companies like us. Tackling different sorts of obstacles may sound normal in our eco-system, but trust me, it’s way beyond ordinary when you were born in certain geographical places on the map. These inequalities and problems suck up a substantial portion of our enthusiasm, energy, and time as always.
I’m not going to mention specifics here as they’re so unbelievably insane. These barries should’ve not existed at all to anyone who’d want to bring up something, and it doesn’t exist for the most. The only reason I even write this little about them is to register them in these journey posts. I don’t want ever to forget how far we’ve come and how these constant challenges have been shaping our resilience.
Alright, let me give you some updates on the project, my personal life, and for the first time on our recently formed company.
Company
It was right about time to move the whole operations regarding this project that had been carried out under my personal LLC, transfer the legal rights, and ownerships to a separete company that is formed specifically to represent our upcoming app. Well, we did it during the last couple of phases, and as always, I can’t disclose the company’s name and get into the details any further until it’s publicly announced. I think it’d be right before beginning our beta testing (at the end of the Beta phase) when the company’s website is going live.
Project
Well, we are about to step into the very last alpha phase of our apps. It involves our internal through testings. Its duration very much depends on how many fatal bugs we discover. Hopefully, by the end of phase Alpha 19, we should have fully functional apps ready to get tested by our first batch of beta testers, although the beta testing isn’t going to happen right away after. We’re going to hold on to it once it’s ready and move on to compile a modest help document, form our help center, and to put in place some system and structure for our beta testing program.
I’ll release more details on our beta testing once we enter our Beta phase, fundamentally, how you could participate in the program if you’re interested in getting your hands first on our app.
Personal
Yerevan is the capital of Armenia, a beautiful, vibrant city where English is rarely spoken and understood among most strata of society. People are using a unique alphabetic system for writing like how Russian texts look like to those of us who are accustomed to Latin-based alphabets: complete gibberish. Anyway, I’m still trying to adapt to the whole new setting.
Alright, that’s about it. Till the next one!
Cheers!
